Provides first-line technical support to residential and small business customers for voice, data, security, video, broadband, and phone services. Troubleshoots issues, documents customer interactions, monitors outages and maintenance events, identifies root causes, implements solutions, and escalates unresolved problems. The role requires managing multiple support tickets, communicating technical information clearly, and working scheduled nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is remote but includes in-person training in High Point, North Carolina.

Own the full sales cycle for multifamily and HOA communities, from lead generation and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, contract execution, and handoff. Build relationships with property stakeholders, negotiate access and bulk service agreements, forecast pipeline activity, collaborate on implementation, and provide market insights. The role requires consultative B2B sales expertise, property-management knowledge, Salesforce proficiency, and regional travel.

Designs and manages fiber outside-plant infrastructure projects, including construction drawings, routing, cost estimates, permits, easements, schedules, budgets, and vendor coordination. Reviews CAD, GIS, and construction data; validates information using Excel, Snowflake, and SQL; supports reporting and engineering decisions. The role also ensures regulatory and safety compliance, resolves project issues, guides colleagues and vendors, and collaborates with sales and cross-functional teams on network expansion.
