Lumos Fiber Benefits Overview

Coordinates the full lifecycle of outside plant fiber construction projects, including schedules, budgets, production tracking, reporting, invoices, contractor communication, customer complaints, franchise agreements, street sheets, and damage reports. Maintains accurate daily project data in Smartsheet and provides status updates to leadership. The role requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills while managing multiple stakeholders and competing project demands.

Plans and designs FTTH outside-plant construction projects, including routes, cables, conduits, drawings, permits, easements, estimates, and cost studies. Reviews CAD, GIS, and construction data; tracks schedules, budgets, vendors, and project issues; validates data using Excel, Snowflake, and SQL; coordinates with officials, customers, sales, and contractors; and ensures compliance with telecommunications, OSHA, NESC, and contractual requirements.

Plan and prepare OSP fiber design and construction drawings, select cost-effective routes, oversee design/permitting vendors, coordinate with sales, track project issues, ensure compliance with safety and telecom standards, and integrate process innovations to support FTTH network expansion.
