Leads stormwater, drainage, floodplain, and water resources projects from planning through construction. Oversees hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, FEMA flood studies, CLOMRs, LOMRs, drainage master plans, infrastructure design, permitting, construction documents, budgets, schedules, quality control, and client relationships. Develops business opportunities, manages multidisciplinary teams, mentors staff, coordinates with agencies and contractors, and ensures regulatory compliance and sustainable design practices.

Lead stormwater and water resources infrastructure projects from inception through completion. Manage project teams, scopes, schedules, budgets, clients, regulators, and contractors while overseeing hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, drainage studies, stormwater design, construction documents, permitting, flood studies, and regulatory compliance. Develop business opportunities, proposals, and client relationships; mentor staff; manage risks and quality; and ensure sustainable, technically sound project delivery.
