Teams at Lumio Dental

Manages daily orthodontic office operations, including schedules, patient appointments, treatment estimates, records, invoices, deposits, supplies, documentation, staff hiring, performance reviews, training, and team huddles. Serves as the primary liaison among patients, clinicians, and staff while overseeing office goals and productivity. Requires orthodontic management experience, reliable transportation, and travel among Tulsa and Oklahoma City locations.

Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose and treat oral health conditions, develop treatment plans, educate patients, and deliver same-day or scheduled care. Collaborate with office managers, hygienists, patient coordinators, and dental assistants to ensure an excellent patient experience. The role offers extensive mentorship from partner dentists, specialists, and clinical directors, along with continuing education and potential progression toward practice ownership.
