The Teaching and Learning Specialist will develop pedagogy materials, lead training sessions, and ensure quality teaching resources to enhance foundational learning for children in low-income contexts.

Lead program management and scale planning for SALP and SPELL in Ethiopia. Produce high-quality communications and proposal inputs, build scenario-based cost models, maintain project systems (RASCI, workplans, trackers, SharePoint), coordinate with government and donors, and ensure programmatic excellence through strong writing, quantitative analysis, and operational organization.
