Own industrial engineering for a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment operation. Conduct time-and-motion studies, establish labor standards, eliminate waste, optimize layouts, slotting, pick paths, packaging, ergonomics, and line balancing. Shape in-house WMS logic around warehouse workflows, build error-proofing controls, diagnose inventory and shrink issues, and manage KPIs including labor cost per unit, pick accuracy, and shrink rate. Partner with operations leadership to deliver measurable cost and throughput improvements.

Review applications and resumes, conduct structured phone and video screens, document evidence-based notes in the ATS, and make advance or decline recommendations using defined scorecards. Maintain accurate candidate records, reason codes, job postings, communications, and reports. The role requires US-market recruiting experience, strong English communication, knowledge of EEO principles, confidentiality, attention to detail, and availability during Pacific Time business hours.

Own end-to-end onboarding for newly signed Amazon marketplace brands, serving as the primary client contact from sales handoff through Brand Management transition. Manage scope, timelines, catalog and SKU launches, inventory, purchase orders, access, escalations, and cross-functional project plans. Build and improve the company’s onboarding playbook while coordinating multiple concurrent implementations across content, advertising, supply chain, creative, catalog, and data teams.
