As a Software Engineer II, you will support and evolve the Warehouse Management System, focusing on backend development and system reliability, collaborating with senior engineers and nearshore developers.

Maintain a rolling 12-month purchasing forecast from sell-through data; onboard/offboard brands; partner with Supply Chain Analysts and Brand Management to align inputs, incorporate launches and promotions, produce variance reporting, resolve inventory/forecast discrepancies, improve forecast accuracy and turnaround, and mentor junior team members.
