Research federal and state regulations and Amazon policies for consumer goods; open and manage Amazon Seller Support cases; draft appeals and Plans of Action; translate regulatory updates into actionable guidance; manage daily deliverables across multiple clients; act as compliance point of contact and partner with internal teams to implement proactive compliance measures.

Maintain a rolling 12-month purchasing forecast from sell-through data; onboard/offboard brands; partner with Supply Chain Analysts and Brand Management to align inputs, incorporate launches and promotions, produce variance reporting, resolve inventory/forecast discrepancies, improve forecast accuracy and turnaround, and mentor junior team members.

Manage purchasing and inventory for Amazon and Walmart clients, forecast demand, optimize orders for cash flow and profitability, resolve delivery or quality issues, collaborate with teams and warehouses, and maintain accurate inventory, order, and financial records while supporting ad-hoc client requests.
