Own end-to-end recruiting outcomes for corporate, executive, operations, and supply chain searches across San Diego and Fort Worth. Partner with senior leaders on role design, interview frameworks, scorecards, market intelligence, offer strategy, and closing. Direct sourcers, screeners, offshore resources, and agencies while mentoring junior recruiters and building scalable talent acquisition processes.
