Own warehouse efficiency for an 8,000+ SKU e-commerce fulfillment operation. Responsibilities include conducting time-and-motion studies, establishing labor standards, eliminating non-value-added work, optimizing kitting, packaging, line balancing, ergonomics, slotting, pick paths, and pack stations. The engineer will map physical workflows to an in-house WMS, develop error-proofing controls, resolve bottlenecks, and report cost-per-unit savings in partnership with Operations leadership.

Own end-to-end onboarding and activation for newly signed Amazon brands, from sales handoff through transition to Brand Management. Responsibilities include catalog and SKU setup, inventory transition planning, Subscribe & Save transfers, account access, launch planning, client communication, cross-functional coordination, and handoff documentation. Build and continuously improve the company’s onboarding playbook, processes, standards, and templates while managing multiple concurrent onboardings.

Manage purchasing and inventory for Amazon and Walmart clients, forecast demand, optimize orders for cash flow and profitability, resolve delivery or quality issues, collaborate with teams and warehouses, and maintain accurate inventory, order, and financial records while supporting ad-hoc client requests.
