Manage end-to-end U.S. tax compliance and reporting (federal, state, local), U.S. international tax filings, quarterly tax provisions under IFRS, Sec.174 reviews, tax research, M&A tax due diligence, and IRS/state audits; liaise with external advisors and support ad hoc tax projects.

Prepare federal tax returns, estimates, and year-end tax provisions (IFRS); manage US tax calendar; perform state nexus and apportionment analysis; support international tax filings (BEAT, 5471/5472, GILTI, FBARs); respond to tax authority inquiries; collaborate with finance, accounting, and treasury; maintain tax records and identify process improvements.
