Luminate Benefits Overview

Provides legal leadership across commercial contracts, data licensing, intellectual property, privacy, employment, M&A, corporate governance, disputes, and risk management. The role drafts and negotiates enterprise technology and data agreements, advises product and engineering teams, oversees privacy and cybersecurity compliance, supports strategic transactions, and manages outside counsel. It partners closely with executive, sales, revenue operations, data, and product leaders to accelerate revenue while managing legal risk.

Owns revenue operations systems, data quality, analytics, reporting, and go-to-market processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Administers the GTM technology stack, implements AI and automation initiatives, builds pipeline and revenue dashboards, leads reporting cycles, improves lead routing and deal processes, and supports annual planning, territory management, quota setting, and compensation calculations.
