Lead design assurance activities for medical devices transitioning from development to commercialization. Support design verification and validation, design controls, design reviews, CAPA, FMEA, regulatory documentation, human factors studies, test method development, and design-to-manufacturing transfer. Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners while coaching colleagues and ensuring compliance with medical device quality systems, FDA requirements, and applicable ISO and IEC standards.

Build and own Luminate’s oncology provider partnership pipeline across Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Develop territory strategies, cultivate senior relationships, lead complex healthcare sales cycles, create account-specific partnership proposals, negotiate toward signed agreements, and support successful launches. Maintain CRM forecasts and account plans, represent Luminate at industry events, provide market intelligence, and consistently deliver patient and revenue growth targets.

Own provider partnership growth across Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and West Virginia. Build oncology provider pipelines, develop territory and account strategies, engage clinical and executive stakeholders, navigate complex healthcare sales cycles, create partnership proposals, negotiate conversions, and drive signed implementations and revenue. Maintain CRM forecasts, report territory performance, represent Luminate at industry events, and share market intelligence with leadership and the national partnerships team.
