Partners with Sales on enterprise opportunities, translates customer requirements into use cases, coaches specialists, monitors capacity and performance, and collaborates with Product, R&D, Customer Success, Support, and Operations to improve customer experience and scale processes. The role remains hands-on in high-value opportunities and requires strong enterprise software, presentation, commercial, analytical, and team leadership experience.
