Own the enterprise AI technical strategy, including model, vendor, platform, architecture, cost, security, and reliability evaluations. Establish AI standards, reference architectures, governance processes, and usage and spend visibility. Advise executives and engineering teams, assess AI risks, and partner with Risk, Compliance, and Legal. Prototype and validate LLM, API, agent, and RAG capabilities through working code, scaling productive experiments into reliable organizational capabilities.

Build and operate automated security infrastructure across AWS and Kubernetes, including cryptographic-material lifecycles, security telemetry, compliance automation, policy-as-code, threat modeling, and CI/CD security controls. Develop agentic AI workflows using tools such as Claude Code and MCP integrations. Support incident response, review security architecture, automate evidence collection, and partner with engineering, audit, risk, vendors, and clients to improve security posture at scale.

Leads full-cycle technical implementations of a cloud-based digital banking platform, translating client requirements into configurations, custom SDK/API solutions, integrations, data conversions, testing, and production launches. Manages client environments, troubleshoots technical issues, supports post-launch operations, and coordinates with Product, Engineering, Services, and Support teams. The role also improves implementation processes, documents technical specifications, manages risks, supports performance testing, and mentors junior team members.
