Leads Customer Experience operations across support channels and the full e-commerce lifecycle, including payments, fulfillment, subscriptions, refunds, and retention. Manages CX teams, staffing, escalations, workflows, SOPs, and performance KPIs. Uses customer and operational data to identify friction, improve efficiency, reduce contacts, and scale processes while partnering with Product, Payments, Fulfillment, Pharmacy, Clinical, and other teams.

Manage the full payment dispute and chargeback lifecycle, including transaction investigations, reason-code classification, evidence compilation, representment, and deadline tracking. Monitor fraud patterns, dispute ratios, win rates, and resolution times while coordinating with customer support, finance, payments operations, and fraud teams. Identify operational improvements, help maintain card-network compliance thresholds, and reduce future disputes in a high-volume e-commerce and telehealth environment.

Provide direct patient care through telehealth, including virtual consultations, medical history and lab review, treatment planning, prescribing when appropriate, follow-ups, clinical oversight, and accurate EMR documentation. Collaborate with care coordinators and operations teams while maintaining compliance with telehealth, prescribing, and documentation standards.
