Leads end-to-end healthcare technology implementations from kickoff through go-live, managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, integrations, training, operational readiness, and transition to Customer Success. Provides strategic direction, coaches cross-functional teams, coordinates clients and vendors, oversees implementation methodologies, resolves impediments, and drives process standardization and continuous improvement across complex health plan programs.

Designs and executes end-to-end, functional, regression, manual, automated, and security testing for AI-driven clinical and patient workflows. Translates requirements into test cases, validates AI conversations and data integrity, tracks defects, maintains requirements traceability, and supports release signoffs. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Data Science, clinical, and distributed QA teams to ensure software quality, clinical safety, compliance, and user trust.

Own demand generation and account-based marketing initiatives for a healthcare platform targeting large health systems. Develop quarterly marketing plans, manage budgets, execute integrated paid, content, event, outbound, and nurturing campaigns, and collaborate with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Corporate Communications. Build performance dashboards, optimize campaign spend and funnel velocity, produce marketing and sales enablement assets, and support trade shows and event activations.
