Front-end developer responsible for building user-facing interfaces using CSS pre-processors, JavaScript, template engines, and optionally JS frameworks; will consume REST APIs to integrate front-end with back-end services.

Lead HR functions including identifying vacancies, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Provide team leadership and standards. Assess training needs and design employee development, language, and health & safety programs. Ensure high English proficiency across role expectations.

Lead web projects end-to-end: define scope, design and deliver solutions, coordinate and lead team members, ensure high-quality digital production focused on user experience and satisfaction.
