Develop and maintain weekly production plans to meet customer request and ship dates; manage and prioritize work orders, align ERP (Oracle) sales orders with production, coordinate cross-functionally to resolve material/capacity issues, support shipments, and drive continuous improvement (5S/Kaizen) while ensuring safety compliance.

Operate wafer fab production equipment in a cleanroom, follow safety and chemical-handling procedures, perform detail-oriented assembly/inspection tasks, use MS Word/Excel for documentation, work onsite multiple shifts including nights, and adhere to PPE/bunny suit and vision requirements.

Lead development, optimization, and qualification of thin-film, metal deposition, and backend wafer processes. Drive yield, cycle-time, and reliability improvements using SPC/DOE/Six Sigma and Lean methods. Support equipment qualification, NPI, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration in a semiconductor cleanroom environment.
