Lead mechanical design and assembly process development for 2.4T optical transceiver modules, focusing on housing, thermal management, optics alignment, PCB integration, and high-volume manufacturability. Perform tolerance, thermal, and reliability analyses; collaborate with electrical, optical, manufacturing teams, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to support design reviews, failure analysis, and yield improvements.

Develop and improve epitaxy processes for semiconductor/photonic devices, support manufacturing scale-up, troubleshoot tools and processes, implement SPC/6-sigma continuous improvement, prepare technical documentation, mentor team members, and support new process introductions in a cleanroom environment.

The Senior Epitaxy Equipment Engineer provides equipment engineering support, oversees maintenance planning, implements improvements, and assists in production support and safety procedures while liaising with teams and managing resources.
