Lead end-to-end NPI and design-transfer for multidisciplinary medical devices: plan and execute pilot builds, qualification, production ramp-up, create manufacturing packages, drive DFM/DFA/DFT reviews, define and qualify manufacturing processes and test setups, manage ECOs/configuration changes, and act as technical liaison across R&D, Operations, QA/RA, supply chain, suppliers and contract manufacturers.

Lead cross-platform sustainment engineering projects including cost reduction, new product configurations, ECO management, process validation, and documentation updates while coordinating RA, R&D, QA, and production stakeholders.

Drive sales via distributor networks across assigned European markets; build distributor and KOL relationships; develop and execute commercial strategies; forecast revenue; coordinate Marketing, Clinical, Service and Operations; train and monitor distributors using KPIs; analyze market trends and competitive activity; represent the company at congresses and customer meetings. Frequent regional travel (~70%).
