Drive microscopy sales across the Americas by developing territory plans, qualifying opportunities, delivering technical demonstrations, supporting channel partners, managing pipelines in Salesforce, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining customer relationships and KOL engagement.

Manage customer orders from receipt through shipment, coordinating across Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Shipping. Review and process orders in ERP/CRM, communicate order status with OEM customers, support demand planning and forecasting, generate operational reports, assist accounts receivable follow-up, and drive process improvements and system administration to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
