Own the product roadmap for Lumen’s commercial solar and storage marketplace. Lead discovery, user research, prototyping, feature definition, implementation, success measurement, and post-launch evaluation. Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketplace Operations, and leadership to prioritize initiatives, align stakeholders, and deliver an effective transaction experience for building owners and solar developers. Establish the company’s product management and research practices from the ground up.

Leads Lumen Energy’s marketing function, team, and strategy across product positioning, brand, content, events, demand generation, ABM, and pipeline growth. The role defines customer segmentation, oversees campaigns and marketing technology, establishes performance metrics, partners with Sales and Product, and positions the company as a leader in commercial solar and clean energy. This player-coach role manages an initial team of two while building scalable processes, systems, and marketing capabilities.
