Paid Summer 2026 internship supporting various organizational functions at Lumbermen’s. Interns will collaborate with leaders, assist with operational tasks and projects, and complete a special project to improve the organization. Successful candidates should demonstrate strong communication, motivation, learning agility, openness to feedback, analytical and problem-solving abilities, relationship management skills, and a positive leadership mindset.

Assists with preparing, operating, loading, unloading, cleaning, and maintaining production machinery for wood and composite materials. Verifies product counts, labels and packages finished materials, and helps organize the warehouse. The role requires safe work practices, attention to detail, teamwork, repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing throughout the shift. No prior education or experience is required; training is provided.

Manages warehouse and distribution operations for the Warren and future Youngstown divisions. Leads recruiting, training, performance management, safety, compliance, budgeting, P&L, fleet maintenance coordination, facilities and supplies, operational goal setting, and continuous improvement. The role partners with suppliers, customers, sales, and transportation teams while ensuring efficient material receiving, pulling, loading, and delivery operations.
