Lead and develop the services team delivering enterprise SaaS implementations for healthcare providers. Oversee project delivery, customer adoption, financial performance, resourcing, risk management, and process standardisation while partnering with Sales, Product and Customer Success to optimise time-to-value and scalability.

Own and work aged accounts receivable for ABA claims. Investigate unpaid/underpaid claims, manage denials and appeals, pursue payer follow-up, identify denial trends, handle overpayments and recoupments, audit billing, coordinate write-offs, and support claim submission and payment posting while documenting actions.
