Assist with daily dealership office operations while leading and training office staff. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, deposits, reconciliations, general ledger activity, deal paperwork, financial schedules, reporting, payroll accounting, month-end closing, and regulatory compliance. The role requires automotive dealership accounting experience, strong organizational skills, accuracy, professional communication, and the ability to manage confidential information and multiple deadlines.

Creates and manages social media content, including photos, videos, reels, captions, and promotional posts. Photographs vehicle inventory, updates website listings, supports dealership events, and promotes community involvement. Develops marketing materials and digital advertisements while maintaining brand consistency. Tracks engagement metrics and collaborates with sales, management, vendors, and community partners. The role requires hands-on work, occasional schedule flexibility, outdoor event participation, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
