Assist with leading dealership office operations, supervise and train accounting staff, oversee accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, deposits, general ledger activity, deal paperwork, financial reporting, payroll accounting, compliance, and month-end closing. The role requires automotive dealership accounting experience, strong organization, accuracy, leadership, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Creates and schedules social media content, photographs vehicles and dealership activities, manages website inventory content, develops promotional materials, supports events, and promotes community involvement. The role monitors engagement, maintains brand consistency, coordinates with sales and management, and builds positive customer and community connections through photography, video, written content, and digital marketing.
