Direct art direction for high-volume e-commerce product photography and video shoots. Oversees on-set execution, image selects, cropping, creative feedback, style guides, post-production decisions, and quality control. Collaborates with photographers, stylists, buyers, merchandisers, and creative leadership to deliver on-brand visual content. The role also supports casting, styling reviews, training materials, trend research, production planning, and continuous improvement across studio workflows.

Creates, edits, proofreads, and optimizes e-commerce product descriptions and attributes. The role researches product information, applies brand guidelines and SEO best practices, ensures content accuracy and consistency, collaborates with Creative, Merchandising, Receiving, and Creative Operations teams, and improves copy based on customer insights and performance data. It also manages multiple content projects, audits, and deadlines while maintaining strong editorial quality.

Supports company health and safety programs by implementing policies, conducting compliance audits, analyzing safety metrics, performing hazard assessments, maintaining OSHA records, coordinating training and emergency planning, investigating incidents, managing safety vendors, and leading safety committee activities. The role partners with department leaders and HR to improve workplace safety, regulatory compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Leads software development teams, overseeing delivery timelines, technical roadmaps, quality standards, engineering processes, and developer productivity. Manages hiring, performance, coaching, retention, workload, and career growth. Partners cross-functionally on requirements, architecture, risks, and scope; removes delivery obstacles; drives continuous improvement and AI-assisted development adoption; participates in incident response and on-call support.
