Leads technical architecture and engineering execution for a high-assurance national security program. Directs legacy modernization into containerized microservices, SecDevOps CI/CD automation, Kubernetes infrastructure, VDI platforms, cryptographic systems, and continuous RMF/ATO compliance. Provides technical authority across software, infrastructure, and security domains while mentoring cross-functional teams and supporting program deliverables, Agile execution, stakeholder coordination, and audit requirements.

Maintains mission-critical UNIX and Windows infrastructure, client/server/storage/network equipment, and mobile devices. Provides Tier 1 through Tier 3 technical support, troubleshoots complex hardware and software issues, manages system security, installs and configures operating systems and core software, analyzes capacity and performance, and supports mission architecture and infrastructure design.

Designs, develops, tests, and enhances complex mission-critical software systems. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, developing algorithms and database queries, integrating COTS and GOTS functionality, optimizing performance, and supporting cloud-scale environments. Provides technical leadership, delegates work, selects development processes, and ensures quality of team deliverables within an Agile framework. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and occasional visits to client sites, labs, or field environments.
