Lead a team supporting Linux and Windows infrastructure in a Department of War environment. Responsibilities include deploying, configuring, securing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and automating enterprise systems; managing virtualization, networking, storage, patching, backups, containers, and disaster recovery; developing Ansible, Bash, and Python automation; supporting incident response and infrastructure migrations; and collaborating with cybersecurity, network, software, and systems engineering teams.

Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles supporting Intelligence Community contracts. Responsibilities include sourcing cleared professionals, conducting screenings and interviews, partnering with hiring managers, managing candidate pipelines and ATS records, developing sourcing campaigns, presenting recruitment analytics, maintaining employer branding, and supporting onboarding. The recruiter will also attend local hiring events and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
