Provides onsite HR support for Las Vegas pharmacy and PBM operations. Manages onboarding, recruiting, employee relations, benefits inquiries, HR initiatives, compliance, HRIS records, manager coaching, engagement, retention, and local workforce reporting across multiple sites.

Manage and grow healthcare and PBM client relationships, lead account strategies and renewals, negotiate contracts, identify upsell opportunities, resolve escalated issues, support RFPs and onboarding, and collaborate with internal teams to improve client outcomes and business growth.

Manage complex client accounts in the pharmacy benefits management industry. Responsibilities include executing client strategy, building stakeholder relationships, preparing analytical reports, identifying upsell opportunities, leading renewals and contract negotiations, resolving escalated issues, supporting RFPs and new-client implementation, and contributing to business development. The role requires PBM and healthcare industry knowledge, strong communication and presentation skills, sales experience, frequent travel, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
