Manage complex client accounts in the pharmacy benefits management industry. Responsibilities include executing client strategy, building stakeholder relationships, preparing analytical reports, identifying upsell opportunities, leading renewals and contract negotiations, resolving escalated issues, supporting RFPs and new-client implementation, and contributing to business development. The role requires PBM and healthcare industry knowledge, strong communication and presentation skills, sales experience, frequent travel, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Performs underwriting, pricing, risk assessment, financial modeling, and analytics for pharmacy benefit programs. Evaluates underwriting models, identifies market trends and competitive opportunities, improves profitability, collaborates with finance, operations, and clinical teams, and communicates recommendations to leadership. The role also develops underwriting guidelines, manages external stakeholder relationships, and uses data analytics tools to enhance processes.

Leads the design, optimization, and governance of scalable data architectures and pipelines. Ensures data quality, integrity, security, and compliance; mentors junior engineers; conducts audits and validation; and collaborates on data governance. The role requires expertise in SQL, Python, dimensional modeling, Snowflake on Azure, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, ETL, and data warehousing, with preferred experience in Airflow, Kafka, healthcare, data lineage, and slowly changing dimensions.
