Manages technical estimating, quotations, tenders, and customer enquiries for specialist electrical products. Reviews specifications and drawings, develops compliant and commercially viable solutions, assesses costs and risks, and provides technical guidance to customers, contractors, installers, and internal teams. The role also supports project delivery, mentoring, continuous improvement, product development, and compliance with electrical standards and ISO 9001 requirements.

Manages client projects from scope definition through delivery and closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, resources, risks, contracts, and stakeholder relationships are effectively controlled. Coordinates internal teams, vendors, and clients; develops project plans and reports; tracks performance; manages requirements and changes; supports contract administration, documentation, handover, and continuous improvement. The role also contributes to business development, budgeting, forecasting, and team leadership.

Leads global business development, sales, and marketing across the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and other international markets. Develops commercial growth and market-entry strategies, builds strategic customer and channel-partner relationships, manages international commercial teams, oversees sales pipelines, negotiates major agreements, and drives profitable revenue growth. The role also leads marketing plans, customer engagement, performance reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with product, operations, supply chain, finance, and leadership teams.
