Prepares technical and commercial tenders, quotations, technical submittals, cost estimates, and customer responses. Reviews specifications, coordinates drawing approvals and material selection, supports sales opportunities, maintains customer relationships, and monitors delivery requirements. The role handles technical clarifications, CRM updates, reports, presentations, exhibitions, and coordination across sales, engineering, operations, and commercial teams. Travel outside Thailand, including overnight stays, may be required.

Manufactures and assembles RMU switchgear while monitoring production plans, station output, manpower utilization, quality, safety, and in-process defects. Prepares daily production reports, supports corrective actions, trains contract operators, and maintains TPM, 5S, and CLITA standards. Uses ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Teamcenter for reporting and production declarations.

Supports external sales teams by preparing technical quotations, tenders, product information, and contract handovers. Reviews drawings, schematics, and specifications to match customer requirements with suitable electrical products. Handles customer enquiries, CRM updates, prequalification questionnaires, tender follow-up, distributor support, and internal coordination across technical, operations, logistics, finance, and legal teams. The role serves electrical utilities, infrastructure, transportation, renewables, EV, rail, and export markets.
