Lead full-cycle recruiting for manager and director roles across a multi-company portfolio. Manage contract and offshore recruiters, support VP+ searches, build AI-powered sourcing pipelines, implement hiring manager tools (intake templates, scorecards, interview guides), maintain ATS hygiene, report recruiting metrics, and drive candidate experience and employer branding.

Lead Route Collector supervises and coaches route collectors to ensure accurate, secure cash collections and transfers, enforces SOPs and safety, reconciles discrepancies, performs meter readings and equipment checks, refills terminals/ATMs, and recommends route efficiency and safety improvements.
