The VP of Operations will lead statewide field operations across collections, vault and cash integrity, service, equipment uptime, projects, call center, and field technology teams. This hands-on executive will regularly inspect locations, build scalable operating standards and SOPs, improve performance using field data, and develop a strong leadership bench. The role requires direct ownership of multi-layer, route-based operations and preparation for expansion into new states.

Owns the full marketing function for a multi-unit gaming operator, including strategy, budget, field marketing, loyalty and CRM programs, campaigns, sales enablement, website redevelopment, and audience growth. The role manages SMS and email engagement, digital and direct channels, gaming room standards, and marketing measurement. Success is measured through same-store sales, player acquisition and retention, campaign ROI, spend efficiency, and market share growth.

Own revenue growth across 50–60 locations in Western Illinois. Manage sales and marketing budgets, renew contracts, develop new location pipelines, grow same-store performance, maintain licensing and compliance, build municipal relationships, and lead two District Managers. The role requires accurate forecasting, contract negotiation, sales leadership, relationship development with independent operators, and accountability for regional revenue performance.
