Build and maintain production-grade frontend applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Develop reusable components, integrate REST APIs and real-time services, manage application state, and work with WebSockets, Socket.IO, RabbitMQ, React Query, and Redux. Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests with Jest and Playwright, debug issues, participate in reviews, collaborate across teams, and use AI tools to improve development productivity while maintaining quality and security.

Own and improve the reliability, scalability, and resilience of Lucidya’s cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing AWS, GCP, or Azure environments; operating Kubernetes clusters; implementing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform; improving observability and alerting; responding to incidents and conducting root cause analysis; automating operational tasks; optimizing infrastructure costs; and collaborating on CI/CD and deployment reliability.

Support customer and product marketing communication by organizing feedback, product questions, and feature requests; drafting customer communications; maintaining help-center and knowledge resources; creating product updates, FAQs, release notes, and education content; identifying recurring questions and knowledge gaps; and summarizing customer insights to improve communication and product adoption.
