Lead the technical direction, architecture, quality, evaluation, reliability, and production delivery of Lucidya’s AI agent platform. Build production code, develop LLM applications and evaluation pipelines, establish monitoring and guardrails, debug incidents, prototype new models and voice capabilities, and mentor AI engineers. Partner with Product and Engineering on requirements, platform capabilities, deployment, and scaling.

Manage production PostgreSQL and MySQL databases across AWS, GCP, and self-managed environments. Responsibilities include performance tuning, monitoring, backups, point-in-time recovery, replication, high availability, disaster recovery, upgrades, migrations, security, automation, incident response, and root-cause analysis. Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, SRE, and cloud teams to improve reliability, scalability, change management, and operational documentation.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deploy containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes, manage cloud infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code, and improve monitoring, logging, alerting, automation, and reliability. Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues, support developers, participate in incident resolution, document processes, and onboard services onto Kubernetes environments.
