Proactively identify churn risks, understand customer business objectives, conduct meetings and business reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, and technical teams to maximize product value and customer success.

Build and operate reliable backend services for authentication, authorization, storage, filespace provisioning, and billing using Node.js and TypeScript. Manage AWS infrastructure, observability, incident response, SLOs, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and on-call operations. Investigate production failures, lead root-cause analysis, write postmortems, and contribute to high-availability and disaster-recovery modernization efforts.

Own automation strategy and execution for a defined product or test domain, expanding coverage across edge cases, failure modes, and platforms. Build reliable, low-maintenance test frameworks and CI/CD tooling, reduce flakiness, investigate complex failures, and partner with engineering on root-cause resolution. Develop quality metrics, improve risk-based test planning, mentor T2 automation engineers, and apply platform testing standards to strengthen product quality.
