The Clinical Consultant provides EAP services, including counseling and crisis intervention, for diverse employee concerns, requiring both in-person and remote consultations, along with program promotion.

Support end-to-end revenue cycle operations (insurance verification through A/R follow-up), resolve denials, manage billing systems, create reports and dashboards, analyze payer/denial trends, and recommend process and system improvements to optimize reimbursement and operational efficiency.
