Provide peer-based support to members with serious mental illness or substance use disorders. Develop individualized recovery and wellness plans, coordinate care and community resources, assist with post-discharge stabilization, conduct outreach calls and face-to-face support, educate members and providers, and participate in team activities and professional development to promote long-term recovery and self-sufficiency.

Ensure quality and readiness of web-based applications by developing test strategies, executing manual and automated tests (functional, regression, integration, end-to-end), managing defects, and supporting UAT and production. Collaborate with product, engineering, and offshore teams in Agile ceremonies, query relational databases to validate results, and promote continuous improvement of QA practices and release readiness.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails web applications and APIs. Implement automated tests, support integrations and performance monitoring, participate in on-call production support, and collaborate with product, project, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features that improve access to behavioral health services.
