A bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of accounting experience are required; NetSuite and bilingual English-Spanish skills are preferred.

Represents Lucchese as a brand ambassador by engaging customers, providing product knowledge, achieving individual and store sales goals, maintaining merchandise presentation, supporting inventory and store operations, ensuring accurate customer and transaction data, and collaborating with the retail team. The role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Cuts leather components for cowboy boots by evaluating hides, identifying defects, selecting dies, and operating cutting equipment. Follows production tickets and work orders, verifies cut pieces, minimizes waste, maintains quality and production targets, performs basic equipment cleaning, and follows safety and PPE procedures. Requires repetitive standing and hand work, lifting up to 50 pounds, workstation rotation, and possible overtime.
