Serve as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional customer service, product expertise, and sales performance. Maintain store presentation, handle merchandise, support inventory and visual merchandising, record accurate sales and customer data, and collaborate with team to meet store goals while adhering to company policies.

Coach and lead store associates to achieve sales goals, deliver excellent customer experiences, and uphold brand standards. Depending on specialization, responsibilities include event planning and customer engagement, inventory and back-of-house operations, or creating and maintaining visual merchandising and displays. Also maintain safety, loss prevention, and operational compliance.

Coordinate daily production activities, monitor workflow and quality, communicate priorities, support training and staffing, identify and escalate issues, and promote safety and continuous improvement to meet departmental goals.
