Specialized tracks include Consumer Experience (events, engagement), Operations (inventory, stockroom, loss prevention), and Visual Merchandising (displays, signage). Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, training staff, managing inventory and safety compliance, and maintaining visual standards. Frequent movement on the sales floor and ability to lift up to 50 pounds required.
