Climb trees and perform utility line vegetation management including pruning, removals, and line clearance. Safely operate forestry equipment (woodchippers, bucket trucks, chainsaws, hydraulic tools). Work outdoors in teams, follow safety protocols, obtain required licenses (CDL) and certifications, and complete post-offer physical, drug, background, and motor vehicle checks.

Perform outdoor vegetation management: climb trees for utility line clearance, prune and remove vegetation, operate forestry equipment (chipper, bucket truck, chainsaws), follow safety protocols, obtain CDL and required certifications, and complete physical and background screening.

Provide HR administrative support including applicant screening via ATS, candidate outreach, phone screening, scheduling, onboarding administration, maintaining electronic employee and training records in HRIS, processing background checks/drug screens/MVRs, data entry, and HR help desk assistance. Cross-train with other HR administrators and support recruiting and onboarding for U.S. and select Canadian locations.
