Provides welcoming, inclusive frontline service to museum visitors across ticketing, cash handling, theater ushering, tours, wayfinding, events, and guest support. Promotes ticket and membership sales, communicates museum policies and offerings, monitors public spaces, supports special programs, and collaborates with colleagues to maintain smooth daily operations. Requires flexible scheduling and the ability to work in a high-volume environment while standing, walking, and communicating effectively for extended periods.

Manages the museum’s physical security program, including site security plans, SOPs, contract security staffing, access control, audits, training, emergency response, event security, incident reporting, and vulnerability assessments. Leads security personnel, coordinates with law enforcement and external partners, supports threat management and investigations, and provides operational security reports and recommendations to museum leadership.

Design and produce museum exhibition layouts, technical drawings, models, and presentation materials. Coordinate with facilities, architects, collections, vendors, and contractors to ensure code compliance, accessibility, conservation lighting, fabrication, installation, budgets, and schedules. Prepare 2D/3D assets for Vectorworks and Rhino, oversee casework/furniture selection, and manage production of graphics and built exhibition elements.
