Engineering Interns support engineers with design, testing, analysis, data collection, documentation, technical reporting, and project planning. The role provides hands-on experience in office and production settings while requiring adherence to engineering standards, safety procedures, and PPE requirements. Interns collaborate with engineering teams, participate in design reviews, and contribute to ongoing material-joining projects.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and improve electrical control systems supporting manufacturing equipment, including PLCs, drives, safety circuits, induction furnaces, temperature controls, instrumentation, and hydraulic interfaces. The engineer will support equipment reliability, safety, uptime, and continuous improvement; interpret schematics, resolve urgent issues, assist planned upgrades, and provide technical direction to maintenance electricians and engineers.

Manage HR strategy and operations for a manufacturing plant, including performance management, recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, talent development, compliance investigations, workforce planning, benefits administration, and process improvement. Coach leaders, support compensation and staffing decisions, maintain HR policies, analyze workforce metrics, and partner with corporate, finance, and legal stakeholders. The role is onsite in Cudahy, Wisconsin and serves employees across office and production settings.
