Teams at Lubbock Health Care Center

Prepare and serve meals, assemble and deliver meal trays/carts, rotate and manage food supplies, sanitize dishes and equipment, dispose of refuse per policy, and support cleanliness and food-safety standards while working cooperatively with care staff.

Lead nursing shift care by directing nurse aides, administering medications, implementing care plans and treatments, transcribing physician orders, documenting resident care, participating in shift reports, educating staff on policies, maintaining infection-control and safety standards, and arranging replacement staff when needed.
