Designs and governs scalable Salesforce architectures for the VA OMEGA program. Leads technical design sessions, integration and data modeling decisions, security and performance optimization, development standards, code reviews, and platform governance. Provides technical leadership and mentorship while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. Requires extensive Salesforce enterprise implementation experience, expertise in Apex and Salesforce platform capabilities, and familiarity with MuleSoft, DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.

Configure, test, validate, package, and deploy applications through MECM/SCCM across laboratory, testing, production, virtualized, and multi-session environments. Support reliable enterprise application delivery for the Department of Veterans Affairs, troubleshoot deployment logs, automate with PowerShell, administer Windows systems and Active Directory, and collaborate with testers and packagers while meeting federal security and operational standards.

Develop and deploy a secure, scalable, bi-directional integration between ServiceNow and JIRA. Synchronize incidents, demands, change requests, and other work items across platforms using REST/SOAP integrations, webhooks, authentication models, and cross-platform data mapping. Design custom ServiceNow applications and integration architectures that meet enterprise security, governance, and SDLC standards while supporting Department of Veterans Affairs healthcare IT missions.
