Owns the end-to-end monthly close, consolidated financial reporting, revenue recognition, sales tax compliance, audits, internal controls, and treasury support. Leads two Senior Accountants and partners on the migration from Microsoft Dynamics GP to Oracle NetSuite, including requirements, data conversion, testing, chart of accounts design, and cutover. The Controller also develops accounting processes, prepares technical memos, supports cross-functional teams, and drives process improvements and automation.

Coordinates recruiting logistics, job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, background checks, offers, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS and personnel records. Supports benefits administration, compliance tracking, employee inquiries, HR reporting, SharePoint maintenance, and HR programs while managing confidential information and partnering with recruiting firms and hiring managers.

Manage a portfolio of existing clients to drive retention, renewals, and expansion. Build relationships with stakeholders, lead strategic account planning and presentations, collaborate cross-functionally to support product adoption, maintain CRM records, and represent the company at events. Travel ~35% and meet assigned retention and revenue targets.
