Contract interpreters provide virtual and in-person interpretation between English and listed languages for medical, social work, education, and workplace settings. They act as liaisons, ensure accurate interpretation for the audience and setting, comply with privacy/HIPAA, keep accurate records, and accept appointments as needed while working as independent contractors.

Coordinate and schedule same-day and future interpreting appointments, answer phones, perform data entry, communicate confirmations to clients and interpreters, update agency database, ensure language access, and deliver high-quality phone customer service.
