Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with finance experience and NetSuite proficiency.

Coordinate and schedule same-day and future interpreting appointments, answer phones, perform data entry, communicate confirmations to clients and interpreters, update agency database, ensure language access, and deliver high-quality phone customer service.
