LTA Benefits Overview

Design, execute, and document verification, validation, and qualification tests for aerospace materials, parts, and systems. Collaborate with design engineers to identify failure modes, develop test plans and procedures, lead new test capability development (including DAQ), analyze test data, and produce technical reports and recommendations. Support and guide test technicians.

The Flight Test Engineer will develop test plans, lead ground and flight tests, perform data analysis, and draft reports while collaborating with various teams.

The Test Engineer will focus on Mechanical, Software, or GNC domains, driving hardware-in-the-loop testing, developing flight control logic, and refining navigation algorithms in a fast-paced team environment.
