Programs, sets up, operates, and troubleshoots Swiss-style and Mill Turn CNC machines to produce precision medical-device components. Responsibilities include reading prints and CAD models, inspecting parts, applying GD&T, adjusting tool paths, resolving process issues, writing macros, supporting prototyping, training machinists, and meeting productivity and quality KPIs in an overnight manufacturing environment.

Develops, improves, validates, and supports manufacturing processes and equipment for regulated medical devices. Responsibilities include process control plans, equipment specification and implementation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, risk analysis, measurement systems analysis, validation, documentation, tooling support, and production technician guidance. The role works onsite in a cleanroom for approximately 80% of the shift and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
