Programs, sets up, operates, troubleshoots, and inspects precision components produced on Swiss-style and Mill Turn CNC machines. The machinist interprets blueprints, process documentation, CAD models, and GD&T requirements; adjusts programs and tooling; resolves process issues; supports prototyping and engineering requests; trains less experienced employees; and contributes to productivity, quality, and process-improvement goals in an overnight manufacturing environment.

Programs, sets up, operates, troubleshoots, and inspects precision components produced on Swiss-style and Mill Turn CNC machines. Reads blueprints, process sheets, CAD models, and GD&T documentation; writes complex multi-axis programs and macros at senior levels. Supports process improvements, rapid prototyping, training, mentoring, productivity monitoring, and quality objectives in a medical device manufacturing environment.

Programs, sets up, operates, and troubleshoots CNC Swiss and Mill Turn machines to produce precision medical-device components. The role interprets blueprints, process sheets, CAD models, GD&T, and inspection criteria; performs quality inspections; resolves process issues; writes macros; supports prototyping, process improvements, training, and KPI achievement. Work is performed onsite on the day shift in a manufacturing environment.
