Leads finance and accounting activities, including payroll journal entries, financial reporting, reconciliations, fixed assets, tax data, billing, trend analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and SOX/COSO compliance. Provides accounting support, backs up Controller responsibilities, and assists with accounts payable and billing while maintaining confidentiality and professional relationships.

Supports managers and employees across employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, training, safety, benefits, leave administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS data maintenance. The role advises leadership, maintains compliant records, supports audits and workforce planning, administers HR programs, and promotes safety and employee development in a manufacturing environment.

Oversee manufacturing projects from concept through delivery. Develop project plans and schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources, track budgets and progress, manage documentation, identify risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and company standards. The role supports operational efficiency, product innovation, and on-time, on-budget project completion.
