Leads finance and accounting activities, including payroll journal entries, financial reporting, reconciliations, fixed assets, tax data, billing, trend analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and SOX/COSO compliance. Provides accounting support, backs up Controller responsibilities, and assists with accounts payable and billing while maintaining confidentiality and professional relationships.

Supports managers and employees across employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, training, safety, benefits, leave administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS data maintenance. The role advises leadership, maintains compliant records, supports audits and workforce planning, administers HR programs, and promotes safety and employee development in a manufacturing environment.

Performs visual inspections and other quality-control activities for electronic manufacturing products. Reports defective materials, troubleshoots issues, follows standard operating procedures and production schedules, maintains a clean work area, and completes tasks accurately with minimal supervision. The role requires sound judgment, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, independence, regular attendance, and professional interaction with employees, customers, suppliers, and the community.
