Analyzes market trends, competitors, customer needs, and technology developments; creates marketing and sales enablement materials; presents products to customers and internal teams; provides technical and sales support and training; supports product launches, quoting, S&OP, and resolution of quality, supply, or design issues.

Leads finance and accounting activities, including payroll journal entries, financial reporting, reconciliations, fixed assets, tax data, billing, trend analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and SOX/COSO compliance. Provides accounting support, backs up Controller responsibilities, and assists with accounts payable and billing while maintaining confidentiality and professional relationships.

Supports trade shows, customer events, integrated marketing campaigns, communications, website and email activities, webinars, lead management, and marketing operations. Tracks campaign and event performance, coordinates projects across stakeholders, maintains marketing assets and databases, creates presentations and promotional materials, and identifies process improvements. Provides event logistics and on-site support while collaborating with event management, communications, digital marketing, creative services, sales, and leadership.
