Manage aftersales enquiries and bookings, monitor repair progress and communicate updates to customers, liaise with workshop teams, resolve complaints, and support upselling of service plans, parts, and maintenance packages to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Provides HR advisory support across employee relations, performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes, employment law, manager coaching, employee development, HR records, and people-process improvements. The role supports managers and colleagues in a fast-paced automotive retail environment and requires onsite work with travel to other dealerships.
