Join the Regulatory News Service team to design, build and support back-end services. Participate in full Agile SDLC: requirements, design, coding, testing, code reviews, releases, and production incident resolution. Work with C# and Java, relational and NoSQL databases, source control, CI/CD, and cloud/container tooling. Support environment setup, run occasional out-of-hours release activities, and collaborate with cross-functional partners.

Develop and maintain front-end and back-end features for an AWS-hosted web platform using serverless and container technologies. Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and Level 3 production support rotations. Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions, manage releases, and improve team standards and tooling.

Provide technical and functional support for a trading application and infrastructure. Investigate and resolve client queries by phone and email, document cases in Salesforce, guide users on system workflows, escalate urgent issues involving P/L and franchise risk, maintain marketplace knowledge, contribute to knowledge management, and complete required training.
