Lead the Americas buy-side passive investments sales team covering ETFs, mutual funds, SMAs, and direct indexing. Drive index education, asset-based revenue growth, client engagement, product and marketing alignment, and strategic change. Build relationships with senior ETF issuer decision-makers, lead media and flagship ETF events, develop talent, and communicate effectively with executive leadership. The role requires frequent travel and participation in regional leadership.

Drive new business, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities for LSEG’s digital wealth solutions in assigned accounts and territories. Manage the full sales cycle, build senior stakeholder relationships, present solution value, negotiate agreements, maintain pipeline accuracy in Salesforce, and collaborate with internal teams to increase customer engagement and revenue.

Own the product strategy and roadmap for LSEG’s Modeling Solutions business across model distribution, model hosting, and AI model risk management. Build scalable infrastructure for onboarding third-party models into APIs, Excel, and client workflows, including interfaces, entitlements, versioning, metering, and tooling. Partner with commercial teams to drive institutional adoption, prioritize engineering work, and manage and grow a team of product managers.
