Lead and coordinate OSP engineering and inspection project management activities across the organization. Own scheduling, reporting, escalation, project intake, metrics, and status; mentor junior PMs; support program status meetings and cross-functional stakeholder engagement; ensure project financial and performance tracking.

Supervise and coordinate field splicing and construction crews for new builds, maintenance, and rebuilds. Ensure safety, quality, materials ordering, training, scheduling, reporting, invoice reconciliation, and liaison with project managers and contractors.

Perform coaxial cable splicing and activation of CATV plant to specifications; set up and balance electronics; work on aerial and underground cable plant; complete daily forms; follow OSHA and company safety procedures; read prints and work independently in field and inclement weather.
