Leads client workshops and requirements discovery, translating business needs into web applications, dashboards, metrics, and reporting solutions. Develops and maintains modern applications using AI-assisted tools, integrates data from multiple sources, performs testing, troubleshoots production issues, and manages delivery from discovery through support. The role requires strong JavaScript or TypeScript development, analytics, SQL, dashboarding, testing, cloud familiarity, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting experience.

Provides Japanese-language technical support for LRN’s proprietary SaaS applications, assisting enterprise customers with campaign setup, reporting, user data, emails, customization, and system issues. Tracks tickets, requests, projects, and metrics; manages expectations; escalates capability concerns; documents solutions; and collaborates with internal stakeholders. The role requires customer-facing application support experience, strong Japanese and English communication, familiarity with HTML, CSS, LMS platforms, Excel, and CSV files, plus careful multitasking and issue analysis.

Manage and optimize LMS operations, content lifecycles, platform administration, testing, configuration, and technical support. Advise customers on best practices, train users, resolve platform and rollout issues, and recommend enhancements. Collaborate with engagement, sales, product, and technology teams to improve customer experience, reduce support costs, identify opportunities, and maintain governance and documentation. The role requires rotational 24/7 shifts.
