Leads enterprise technology change governance across applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, and security. Oversees CAB/ECAB decisions, change risk assessment, release and blackout coordination, executive escalations, audit readiness, and ServiceNow Change and CMDB governance. Tracks KPIs and KRIs, analyzes failed changes and incidents, sponsors corrective actions, and communicates change performance to senior technology, risk, audit, and executive stakeholders in a regulated financial services environment.

Leads Internal Audit’s Quality Assurance and Improvement Program through independent audit reviews, methodology assessments, analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled quality processes. Evaluates audit workpapers, risk assessments, testing, reporting, and documentation for compliance with standards and regulatory expectations. Provides coaching, training, executive reporting, and continuous-improvement insights while developing controls for reliable and explainable AI outputs. Partners with audit teams and leadership to identify trends, root causes, emerging risks, and opportunities to improve audit quality and consistency.

Supports technology sourcing activities for software, SaaS, licensing, maintenance, renewals, and related services. Develops negotiation strategies, analyzes supplier proposals, negotiates commercial terms, coordinates contracting, manages supplier communications, and partners with Technology, Legal, Finance, Risk, and business stakeholders. Identifies cost savings, improves agreements, maintains sourcing records, and provides recommendations throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
