Manage assigned employee benefits accounts, advise clients on medical, dental, vision, life, disability and voluntary coverages, coordinate enrollments, evaluate carrier proposals, prepare marketing and benefits exhibits, and provide prompt resolution to client questions and claims.

Serve as primary contact for assigned insurance accounts, build client and underwriter relationships, review policies and endorsements for accuracy, manage renewals and carrier negotiations, prepare proposals and documentation, investigate client issues, and potentially mentor junior team members.
