Provide administrative support to the Employee Benefits team: prepare and distribute carrier materials, assist with benefit presentations and open enrollment, create proposals and comparisons, maintain files, foster client and carrier relationships, and stay current on industry and regulatory requirements.

Manage commercial insurance client relationships, support mid-market accounts, review policies and endorsements, maintain documentation, handle renewals and carrier negotiations, prepare proposals, identify cross-sell opportunities, and may lead or mentor account staff.

Manage and service large, complex commercial lines accounts: review policies and applications, handle renewals and carrier negotiations, maintain documentation, investigate client issues, support collections, identify growth opportunities, and mentor junior account staff.
