Lead university budget development, forecasting, and financial analysis. Coordinate annual operating and capital budgets, monitor budget-to-actual performance, build forecasts and dashboards, oversee Budget Office staff, improve reporting and Workday usage, and provide financial guidance to senior leadership to support strategic planning and resource stewardship.

Manages preparation and maintenance of materials, reagents, and equipment for forensic science laboratory courses. Coordinates with faculty and work-study students, maintains lab cleanliness and chemical inventories, and oversees biological and chemical waste storage and disposal with Environmental Health and Safety. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and familiarity with solution preparation, microscopes, and laboratory balances.

Lead and manage campus recreational programs, facilities, staff, and budgets for fitness, aquatics, intramurals, and club sports. Set operational standards, oversee maintenance and safety, develop policies, manage revenues and capital planning, hire and evaluate staff, and ensure compliance with risk management and university goals.
