Leads graduate business recruitment strategy and top-of-funnel marketing for Sellinger graduate programs. Builds relationships with university departments, corporate partners, educational institutions, associations, networks, and international recruiters to expand applicant pipelines. Sets enrollment strategies, analyzes recruiting data, manages outreach, supports marketing communications, develops diversity-focused initiatives, and leads strategic program projects. Supervises team efforts and manages multiple priorities while advancing institutional enrollment and diversity goals.

Leads employee experience, employee relations, organizational development, talent strategy, leadership development, onboarding, compliance training, workforce planning, and culture initiatives. Oversees HR partner functions, employee investigations, Title IX processes, policy governance, analytics, reporting, and resource management. Advises senior leadership on workforce effectiveness, engagement, organizational health, employment compliance, and change initiatives across the university.

The provost serves as Loyola University Maryland’s chief academic officer and second-ranking executive, leading academic affairs across three schools and associated support units. Reporting to the president, the role drives academic strategy, faculty and student success, enrollment growth, innovation, institutional sustainability, and alignment with the university’s Jesuit mission. The provost partners with campus stakeholders, supports strategic planning, oversees academic programs and faculty excellence, and contributes to institutional leadership and decision-making.
