Provides technical support for faculty, staff, and students using campus computers, software, peripherals, classroom technology, and mobile devices. Installs, configures, tests, and upgrades systems; troubleshoots Windows, hardware, software, network, printing, conferencing, and telephony issues; coordinates with vendors and technology staff; trains users; and assesses technology needs for purchases.
